We are excited to share our donor CRM and moves management system that is easy to use. We are not here to sell software. We are here to set up your CRM on Airtable and hold your hand so you can use it right away.
My name is Mordechai Pollock. A Ner Yisrael talmid, I currently serve as the Director of Operations for an Atlanta based kiruv organization. The Airtable tool we are sharing and teaching was developed to empower our team to effectively manage our donors and implement moves management.

The inaugural session is $1,995 and will be limited to five participants.

What's not included

We will not clean up your donor data. All data must be cleaned by you following the simple Gsheet template we will provide. Clean data means the basic donor info like first name, last name, email, phone number and donation amount must consistently be in the correct column and occasionally would need to properly formatted.

Ongoing customer support is not part of the initial fee. Most organizations can take what we are sharing and run with it. Others might need more support. We endeavor to offer that additional support however there would be additional fees.

Just about any workflow process changes and improves over time. Those updates, if they come to fruition, are not part of the initial package.

No participants have permission to share any of the materials or the template with anyone.

Your organization must sign up for Airtable. Organizations will almost certainly need at least one user "seat" at the Team level. At present, Team seats are $20 or $24 per month. To visit Airtable's pricing page, click here.

Airtable
Like Gsheet on a lot of steroids. That is how one expert* described Airtable. (*Rabbi Yaacov Cohen)
Airtable is a cloud based database that on the surface looks like Gsheets so it has a familiar feel. But under that familiar surface is a tremendous amount of power allowing you to do everything you need to do in one place. While Gsheets have incorporated several aspects of Airtable since the latter's release, simple things like grouping, hiding fields and filtering not to mention amazing view choices are at your finger tips in Airtable. Much of the under the hood stuff of Airtable are simply not doable in Gsheets.
